• Use real photos of yourself (no fake profiles or catfishing)
• Be honest about who you are and what you're looking for
• Don't impersonate others or create multiple accounts
• Provide accurate information in your profile
• Don't use photos that aren't yours or are significantly outdated

• Be kind and respectful in all interactions
• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Respect people's boundaries and preferences
• Accept rejection gracefully and move on
• Don't send unsolicited explicit content
• Respect all genders, sexual orientations, races, religions, and backgrounds

Profile Photos & Content

• Use clear, recognizable photos of yourself
• No nudity or sexually explicit content in public profile photos
• Private albums may contain adult content but must be consensually shared
• No violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• No copyrighted content that you don't have rights to use

Messages & Communication

• Keep initial messages respectful and appropriate
• Get consent before sending explicit photos or messages
• Don't spam or send repetitive messages
• Respect when someone doesn't want to continue the conversation

• Never share financial information or send money to someone you haven't met
• Be cautious about sharing personal information too quickly
• Meet in public places for first meetings
• Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, it probably is
• Report suspicious behavior or profiles immediately
• Don't share login credentials or account access

If you're posting or responding to listings:

• Be clear and honest about services offered
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• No promotion of illegal activities or services
• Respect boundaries and agreements made
• Prioritize safety in all arrangements
• Don't pressure or coerce others into arrangements

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Any content involving minors (under 18)
• Sex trafficking or exploitation
• Promoting or facilitating prostitution (where illegal)
• Non-consensual sharing of private content (revenge porn)
• Threats, violence, or promotion of self-harm
• Fraud, scams, or financial exploitation
• Selling or buying accounts
• Using bots or automated systems
• Discrimination or hate speech
• Drugs or illegal substance promotion

7. Reporting and Enforcement

We take violations of these guidelines seriously. When you report content or behavior:

• Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly
• Violators may receive warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans
• Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement
• False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter
• We may remove content without notice if it violates guidelines

8. Privacy and Consent

• Respect others' privacy and don't share their information without consent
• Don't screenshot or share private conversations
• Get explicit consent before sharing photos or videos of others
• Don't share location information of others without permission
• Respect when someone asks you to delete content

9. Premium Features Ethics

Premium members have additional features but must still:

• Follow all community guidelines
• Not use premium features to harass or spam
• Respect that not everyone has premium access
• Use view-once messages responsibly

Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines periodically. Continued use of Excitius means you accept any changes. Material updates will be communicated through the platform.
